Annually, the Women In Manufacturing Association (WIM) hosts a Summer Leadership Conference (SLC) to connect our corporate member community and national board of directors for best-practice sharing and benchmarking opportunities. This highly rated conference provides WIM’s corporate member community with a private forum to exchange ideas and share solutions with like-minded industry leaders. At this year’s SLC, we have built an agenda to allow members to share best practices through case studies, have interactive dialogue in breakout groups and in a facilitated town hall, and discuss collaborative solutions for improving the attraction, retention and advancement of women in manufacturing careers. Â
The fifth annual SLC will be held on July 28, 2020 virtually due to the current restrictions the pandemic has placed on member travel and meetings. This event has always provided a powerful venue for networking and we are committed to delivering an equally valuable networking experience during this year’s virtual SLC.

This event is exclusive to WIM corporate members and the organization’s association and education foundation boards of directors. Each corporate member may register up to two representatives from their organization at no cost. Additional registrations may be purchased for a small fee.
