About the WIM International Women's Network
The WIM International Women’s Network (IWN) is dedicated to fostering connections among the association’s growing number of international members, providing them with valuable opportunities to connect, share information and join a global community of their peers.
As we continue to expand our global network, the IWN organizes events in collaboration with members of our corporate community, held at their international facilities located worldwide. These gatherings encompass a range of activities, including keynote presentations on manufacturing trends, insightful factory tours and valuable networking opportunities for women working internationally to establish connections and offer support to one another.
These meetings will serve as platforms to bring international industry topics to the forefront, facilitating discussions on how these emerging trends will impact the global manufacturing ecosystem.

Past International Women's Network Meetings:
The WIM International Women’s Network hosted its first hybrid meeting on March 3, 2023 at the John Deere facility in Zweibrecken, Germany.Â
In-person participants had the opportunity to tour the John Deere factory and attend a Networking Social Hour. Virtual attendees joined in to hear engaging keynote presentations covering ‘The State of Women In Manufacturing,’ the ‘Journey of an Inspiring Female Leader in Germany’ and ‘Leveraging WIM’s Network for Professional Growth.’
