The Women In Manufacturing (WIM) Association’s Summer Leadership Conference (SLC) developed to connect our corporate member community and national board of directors for best-practice sharing and benchmarking opportunities will be held virtually on July 25.
This highly rated conference provides WIM’s corporate member community with a private forum to exchange ideas and share solutions with like-minded industry leaders conveniently from any location.Â
At this year’s SLC, we have built an agenda to allow members to share best practices through case studies, have interactive dialogue in breakout groups and in a facilitated town hall, and discuss collaborative solutions for improving the attraction, retention and advancement of women in manufacturing careers. Â
The eighth annual SLC will be held virtually on July 25, 2023. Hear three inspiring corporate member presentations, participate in roundtable discussions and interact in a corporate community townhall. Â
