Women In Manufacturing celebrated its 12th annual SUMMIT on October 10 – 12, 2022. Attendees participated in-person in Atlanta, GA and virtually and had opportunities to enjoy plant tours at leading manufacturing facilities and engage in professional development sessions, panels, and inspiring keynotes.
Bringing together more than 1,000 manufacturing professionals from 263 companies in 7 countries and 45 U.S. states, participants were able to cultivate their community and connections through powerful networking; discussions on “Harnessing the Power of a Multigenerational, Manufacturing Workforce to Solve Today’s Issues” and “Cultivating an Inclusive Environment through Allyship”; keynotes covering topics such as “Amplify Your Impact: Effective Everyday Advocacy” and ” Transformative Leadership: Navigating Change That Inspires Connections and Enables Transformation”; and through local plant tours at Finishing Dynamics, YKK, Delta, Shaw Industries, Altium Packaging, Mars Wrigley, AGCO, and the Mercedes Benz Stadium with Southwire.Â
