Kasey D’Amato is a fractional strategic advisor, executive coach, and leadership development partner specializing in family-owned and founder-led businesses.

After spending 20 years as a Dermatology PA – essentially serving as Chief of Staff to a physician founder – Kasey caught the entrepreneurship bug and built three businesses of her own, including a global skincare brand and two consulting companies. This unique combination of human behavior expertise, business ownership, and multi level leadership experience gives her a rare perspective on what it takes to advance without self doubt, constant chaos, or unnecessary conflicts slowing momentum.
