Melanie Stuber, a former executive turned founder and CEO of Cultivate and Thrive LLC, empowers women leaders to achieve their goals with clarity and confidence while driving meaningful impact in their organizations. As a leadership and culture strategist for individuals and organizations, international speaker, and workshop facilitator, she helps leaders navigate the complexities of leadership and culture with purpose and influence. Although her focus is women leaders, Melanie welcomes the opportunity to collaborate with all leaders.

Melanie is serving her second term as a Board Director for Metro Milwaukee Society of Human Resource Management. She is an Engagement Committee member for the Women and Girls Fund of Waukesha. At Tempo Milwaukee, Melanie is serving her second term as the Chair of the Builder Community, which focuses on women entrepreneurs and business owners. She was also selected as one of Tempo’s 50th Anniversary Brand Ambassadors.
